We stand behind the craftsmanship of Brilliant Diamonds jewelry. Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects for the life of your piece, so you can wear it with confidence every day.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., defects in the metal, faulty soldering).
  • Setting integrity issues caused by a manufacturing defect (e.g., prongs not set to spec at time of manufacture).
  • Accent stone security if loss or looseness is directly attributable to a manufacturing defect in the setting.

Coverage applies to jewelry purchased from Brilliant Diamonds and used under normal conditions.

What’s Not Covered

  • Wear & tear from normal use (micro-scratches, rhodium fade, minor dings).
  • Accidental damage or abuse (bent prongs from impact, crushed shanks, chipped or lost stones due to external force).
  • Loss or theft of the jewelry or stones.
  • Third-party alterations (repairs, resizing, soldering, setting/stone work) performed by anyone other than Brilliant Diamonds.
  • Improper care (exposure to harsh chemicals, ultrasonic misuse, etc.).
  • Missing documentation (e.g., lost grading report/certificate) — replacement fees may apply per the issuer.

Included Services & Care

  • Inspection & evaluation for suspected defects (required to determine warranty eligibility).
  • Manufacturer-defect repairs at no charge when covered under this warranty.
  • Polish, clean & tighten available on request during service; non-defect cosmetic work may be billable and quoted before proceeding.

We recommend periodic inspections to help maintain prong tension and stone security. If you notice movement or hear a rattle, stop wearing the piece and contact us.

How to Request Warranty Service

  1. Start a request: Go to Contact Us and tell us the order number, item, and what you’re experiencing. Photos/video help.
  2. We reply with instructions: You’ll receive packing guidance and a secure shipping method. In many cases we’ll provide a prepaid label.
  3. Evaluation: Our jewelers inspect the piece on arrival. If it’s a manufacturer defect, we proceed under warranty. If not, we’ll provide a no-obligation repair quote.
  4. Return shipment: Once complete, we ship back via insured, trackable service.

Shipping Your Jewelry to Us

  • Use the provided label and follow the packaging instructions we send.
  • Include all components relevant to the issue (ring and halo/guard, etc.).
  • Place the item in a jewelry box, then inside a plain, unbranded outer box with padding.
  • Do not write “jewelry,” “diamonds,” or brand names on the outer box.

Eligibility & Documentation

  • Proof of purchase from Brilliant Diamonds may be required.
  • Original condition aside from the reported issue; third-party modifications may void coverage.
  • Certificates/report included with the item should accompany service when requested.
