How long does shipping take?

Do you require a signature on delivery?

Is the packaging discreet?

Can I change or cancel my order?

What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?

What isn’t covered by the warranty?

How do I request warranty service?

Do you offer cleaning or prong checks?
During service, we can clean and inspect your piece and advise on prong integrity. If you notice movement in a stone, stop wearing the piece and contact us.
