If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return
any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment
for a refund or exchange.
The Return Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will review it to make sure it is in the
same condition it was when it was shipped. If it has been engraved, resized, altered
or damaged in any way, it cannot be accepted for return. If we find that the item is
acceptable for return, your refund or new item (in the case of an exchange) will be processed
immediately.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, use the following procedure.

Get Your Return Authorization Code
Call 877-239-6404 to receive your
Return Authorization Code. Write the code on the sticker at the bottom
of your invoice. Place the sticker on the outside of the package in which
you are returning the item.

Package Your Return
If the item came with any collateral material, include it in the
return. If the diamond certificate is not returned, you may
be liable for the $250 replacement fee. Be sure not to write anything
on the packaging indicating the contents of the package.

Insure Your Return
Use US Postal Service Registered Mail™ to ship the return and insure it
for the total value of the contents. Request a return receipt for
confirmation that your shipment was successfully returned to
Brilliant Diamonds.
