Brilliant Diamonds has a zero-tolerance policy in regards to conflict diamonds. We and our suppliers proudly adhere to the Kimberley Process, which tracks diamonds from their origin to the marketplace. Should one of our suppliers ever be found to be in violation of the Kimberley process, we would immediately sever our relationship with that supplier.

The Kimberley Process

The Kimberley Process is a joint government, international diamond industry and civil society initiative to stem the flow of conflict diamonds. In April of 2003, Congress and President Bush adopted the Kimberley process by signing legislation which requires that all diamond retailers in the United States purchase their diamonds only through suppliers who can provide documentation that the diamonds were obtained through legitimate channels.
